The
sturdy Hayterette is one of our most popular mowers. It has
been maintaining rough grass areas for over fifty years. This
modern version can also provide a neat finish to shorter grassed
areas. A single lever easily sets one of the seven heights
of cut, ranging from 13mm (1/2") to 70mm (3"). Four swinging
blades skillfully deal with rough grass. The Hayterette also
employs a finned deck to help cutting efficiency. |

Hayter introduced the clipper to address the demand for a recycling mower.
Grass clipping are
double cut into tiny particles and fed back into the soil fertilizing the lawn each time you mow. Grass cuttings generate nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, which are three important substances for a
healthy lawn. By forcing the cuttings back into the grass the clipper is helping you to feed your lawn organically. The width of cut is 46cm(18"), with four heights available ranging form 35-65mm(1
3/8"-2 ½"). These can be adjusted using individual levers at each wheel. This solid mower has Briggs & Stratton Lx40 engine, durable double ball-bearing composite wheels, and strong steel deck.
