sold by RMCL are backed by a network of Customer
Care Centres - Branch Offices and Dealer Offices, across the
country. In order to satisfy our valuable clients, Customer Care Centres
are strategically located in the four zones of India North, South,
West and East Zones.
Any
service call to our Customer Care Centres will be attended within
24 to 48 hours.
RMCL's
service engineers are located at all metro cities. Each Customer Care
Centre has a complete inventory of necessary spare parts & consumables,
to ensure minimal downtime of our products. Safe, Prompt and Express
delivery of all spares are ensured.
Major

The
company has sales and service staff trained well in the factory and
positioned in various strategic locations. In addition, engineers
