Care and service: Simple construction. All components are easily accessible. Easy cleaning of accessories and machine without using any tools. Except for Drive assembly, all the components can be washed with High-pressure water jet, for effective cleaning.

Safety: In build safety arrangement will prevent the machine to run at the time of assembling the attachments. The machine will run only after placing the Hopper in locked position. Overload thermal protector will protect the motor from over loads and it will be reset automatically.

Power supply: Roots Cutler is operated by 440 V, 50 Hz. Three-phase supply with cable length of 12 metres. The maximum power consumption is 1500 watts.

The Roots Cutler is a Vegetable cutting system, which performs shredding, slicing, dicing, etc. It consists of Base machine with Drum unit and various size attachments to perform various operations. This machine is ideal for large Canteens, Kitchens, and Restaurants, etc.

Easy to use: Increased maneuverability and easy feeding of vegetables to the machine. The machine can be moved to any place with the help of moving trolley. No additional tools are required to fix/remove the attachments.

Easy working method: The Drive unit drives the Blades / cutters through the Belt and Gear system. All the attachments can be fixed in the Drum unit and it was closed with the suitable hopper assembly. Two speeds are available and the suitable speeds can be selected as per the requirement, from the speed selector knob.

Construction details: All the blades/cutters are made from recommended food grade stainless steel material, with proper design of extended sharpness. All the parts are made from non rusting and food grade materials like Stainless steel, Aluminium, Engineering plastics, etc.
